COUNT ME IN!

Rain or shine, we have a plan! The Kentucky Castle offers stunning indoor spaces and covered areas that are just as dreamy as the outdoor spots. We’ll adjust our timeline as needed, but your experience and content won’t be affected. Editorial magic doesn’t stop for weather, and our team will make sure you still leave with a full gallery of gorgeous, usable images.

What happens if it rains?

Yes! The Creative Summit was designed to be welcoming and inspiring no matter where you are in your photography journey. Whether you're brand new or experienced and ready to elevate, this space is for you. We rotate through styled vignettes at a comfortable pace, provide guidance as needed, and encourage everyone to shoot in a way that feels natural and aligned with their brand.

Is this event beginner-friendly?

Absolutely! Once the official submission from our team is complete, you are free to submit your gallery for additional features. We’ll notify you once our exclusive submission window closes so you know when it’s open season for pitching your work. We only ask that vendor credits remain intact, and that your submission celebrates the collective effort of the entire team.

Can I submit my images for publication?

Yes! All images captured at The Creative Summit are portfolio-friendly and perfect for your website, social, or future marketing. We’ll also provide a full vendor credit list so you can properly tag and share. We believe in creating community-centered content that celebrates everyone involved, so we ask that credits remain intact when posting your gallery or using images online or in submissions.

Will I be able to use these images for my portfolio?

Bring your camera gear, extra batteries, and plenty of memory cards. We recommend comfortable shoes, a water bottle, and any styling tools you love to use for flat lays. We’ll be covering a lot of ground throughout the venue, and you’ll want to be ready to capture editorial moments as they unfold. You’ll also receive a printed schedule and shot list to help guide your time during each styled vignette.

What should I bring with me to the shoot?
